Long long ago there was a person called megamind.
He was a very bad person he lived in an old observatory.
He had a big bold blue head and a big brain.
But his problems were that he was sad.
because he killed a superhero.
But he ended up getting a surprise for the people in the city and he got them a heap of chocolate for them.

Chocolate does sometimes make things better! I was able to picture Megamind by the description you gave of his head. Keep using capital letters for your characters' names.
